At IANGUM, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return policy below.

- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

- To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Be free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or marks
• Be returned in original packaging where possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Non-Returnable Items : 

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Worn items
• Damaged items not reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Final sale or discounted items (if marked as such)

How to Request a Return:

Include:

• Your order number
• Full name
• Reason for return

We will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

 

REFUNDS:  

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Faulty or Incorrect Items:  If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
