Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your IANGUM order. If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

RETURNS

Items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• With all tags attached
• Free from marks, makeup, deodorant or odours

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

HOW TO RETURN

Please include your name and order number, and our team will send you the return instructions.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless your item is faulty or incorrect.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
